No Kings Rally-Elmira

Today across the nation people are protesting on what is called “No Kings Day”. This is a nationwide protest of President Trump.

Protesters lined up in front of City Hall. There were about 100 people at around 10am who came out for the organized protest. There were about dozen anti protesters who were across the street holding signs in support of Trump.

You could hear chats in support of the protest. People who drove by honked horns in support of both sides.

The goal was make sure your voice is heard. Other protests were scheduled around the region.

The “No Kings” protests are part of a coordinated national series of rallies on October 18, 2025 opposing what organizers call authoritarian trends in the Trump administration.
